PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE MAJOR CHANGE TO SADIE RIDGE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT TO ALLOW FOR UPDATED BUILDING SETBACK MINIMUMS ON ATTACHED SINGLE-FAMILY LOTS Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Lockport Plan & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at City Hall, 222 E. 9th St, Lockport, IL 60441. The Plan & Zoning Commission will hear a request for a major change to a planned development. The change includes decreasing rear yard setback requirements from 25ft to 13ft for attached single-family homes in the Sadie Ridge development. The property is generally located north of Bruce Road, east of I-355, and south of Cedar Ridge Estates. All parties interested in this matter should appear at this Public Hearing to present evidence or make known any protest or endorsement for the evaluation of the Commission.
