PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE  AMENDING CHAPTER 150 OF THE LOCKPORT CODE OF ORDINANCES AS IT PERTAINS TO REGULATING THE PAINTING AND STAINING OF MASONRY Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the City of Lockport Committee of the Whole on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at City Hall, 222 E. 9th Street, Lockport, IL 60441. The Committee of the Whole will discuss and consider amending Chapter 150 of the Lockport Code of Ordinances, as it pertains to the Heritage and Architecture Commission's regulation of painting and staining masonry. All parties interested in this matter should appear at this Public Hearing to present evidence or make known any protest or endorsement for the evaluation of the Commission.
