PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SCHOOL DISTRICT NUMBER 114, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS Notice is Hereby Given that the Board of Education (the “Board”) of School District Number 114, Will County, Illinois (the “District”), will hold a public hearing on the 11th day of March, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. at the Manhattan School District Office, 15414 Smith Road, Manhattan, Illinois, to receive public comments concerning the intent of the Board to transfer $5,750,000 from the Operation and Maintenance Fund to the Educational Fund of the District. Any interested person may appear at the hearing and will be heard regarding this matter. After the adjournment of the hearing, the Board may consider a resolution directing the School Treasurer to make such transfer of $5,750,000 from the Operation and Maintenance Fund to the Educational Fund of the District.
