Notice Initiation of the Section 106 Process: Tillman Infrastructure proposes to construct a 245' (255' w/ appurtenances) self support telecommunications tower and associated compound at 17530 N 1500th St, Marshall, IL 62441 (Lat/Long: N 39 24 26.9, W 87 44 0.9). At least a 30' bufer beyond the proposed 100' x 100' lease area (to be constructed within a 200' x 200' construction staging area), along with a 30' wide access/utility easement, was reviewed. Tillman Infrastructure seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential signiicant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
