PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FILE Z-2026-09 Notice is hereby given that the City of McHenry Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at the McHenry Municipal Center, 333 South Green Street, McHenry, Illinois 60050, at 5:30 P.M. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 to consider an application by CalAtlantic Group, LLC of 1700 E Golf Rd., Suite 1100, Schaumburg, IL 60173 (“Applicant”) authorized on behalf of First Midwest Trust Company N.A, as Trustee, under Trust No. 4562 and Trust No. 13375 of 2309 N. Ringwood Road, Suite I and J, McHenry, Illinois 60050 (“Property Owners”) for the following requests in accordance with the City of McHenry Zoning Ordinance: Request for a Zoning Map Amendment to RS-3 Me-dium High Density Single-Family Residential District, Preliminary Plat of Subdivision, and Preliminary Plan Approval for a Conditional Use Permit for a Single-Family Residential Planned Unit Development titled Preserves of Boone Creek. Location: The site consists of 293.075 acres, more or less, and is located on the northeast and northwest corner of the intersection of Bull Valley Road and Curran Road with a common address of 6412 Bull Valley Road.
