Emerson Street, Mount Prospect, IL, concerning the following: CASE NO.: PZ-05-26 COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 201 East Euclid Avenue PINs: 03-27-409-004-0000 PETITIONER: Toth and Associates 1550 East Republic Road Springfield, MO 65804 OWNER: DLC MANAGEMENT CORP 565 TAXTER RD SUITE 40 ELMSFORD, NY 10523 NATURE OF REQUEST: Petitioner is seeking condi- tional use to allow a drive-through for a coffee shop and other relief from the Village of Mount Prospect Village Code as may be required for this project.
