NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested that Naperville CUSD 203, 203 W. Hillside Road, Naperville, IL 60540 (“Petitioner”), has filed with the City of Naperville, 400 S. Eagle Street, Naperville, Illinois, a petition (“Petition”) under the provisions of Title 6 (Zoning Regulations) and/or Title 7 (Subdivision Regulations) of the Naperville Municipal Code (“Code”) (as amended), seeking approval of the following: revocation of the M.O.V.-Ross Joint Venture PUD as it relates to the property; a variance to Sections 5-10-3:4.3.2 and 5-10-3:5.2.4 of the Naperville Municipal Code (“Code”) to eliminate the fencing/buffering requirement along the north property line; a variance to Section 6-6E-7 of the Code to eliminate the required 15 ft. interior side yard along the east property line; and, such other relief from the Code as may be deemed necessary and appropriate to construct a new transportation building and associated improvements on the property with a common street address of 601 W 5th Ave, Naperville, Illinois 60563 & 595 W 5th Ave., Naperville, Illinois 60563, legally described as follows: PARCEL 1: PIN 0713100004 LOT 1 IN M.O.V. A public hearing will be held on said application before the Planning and Zoning Commission in the Council Chambers, 400 S. Eagle Street, Naperville, Illinois on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at which time the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear the evidence presented on this matter, and other such matters as may properly come before the Planning and Zoning Commission. The public hearing may also be viewed on WCNC (Ch. 6 – Astound, Ch. 10- Comcast, Ch. 99 – AT&T), and public input may be provided on the Petition as further described below. Objections to the Petition, and testimony or comments in support of the Petition, may be provided by one or more of the following methods: Submission of written comments prior to the meeting, or public hearing if applicable: •Written comments may be emailed to planning@naperville.il.us. •Written comments received by 5:00 p.m. the Wednesday before the meeting will be included in the meeting packet sent to the PZC.
