PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF NEW LENOX, ILLINOIS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of New Lenox, Illinois, at the New Lenox Village Hall, 1 Veterans Parkway, New Lenox, Illinois, at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2026 at which time and place the Village Board of Trustees will consider in open public meeting a request for an Annexation Agreement between the Village of New Lenox and Chris Snitka for annexation of an approximate 0.31 acre parcel located at 109 Williams Street, P.I.N. 15-08-22-201-016-0000. The proposed request concerns the following: LOT 11 IN LINCOLN MANOR, BEING BATSON?S SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTH 800 FEET OF THE WEST 825 FEET OF THE EAST ¾ OF THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED JULY 1, 1955 AS DOCUMENT NO. 777133, IN WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
