PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Public Hearing Concerning the Intent of the Board of Education of Community Consolidated School District Number 90, Kendall and Grundy Counties, Illinois to Sell $1,495,000 Working Cash Fund Bonds and $2,100,000 General Obligation School Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) Public Notice is Hereby Given that Community Consolidated School District Number 90, Kendall and Grundy Counties, Illinois (the "District"), will hold a public hearing on the 11th day of May, 2026, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. The hearing will be held in the Library at Lisbon Grade School, 127 South Canal Street, Newark, Illinois. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comments on the proposal to sell bonds in the amount of $1,495,000 for the purpose of increasing the working cash fund of the District and bonds in the amount of $2,100,000 for the purpose of altering, repairing and equipping the Lisbon Grade School, including, without limitation, constructing an addition for a new gymnasium.
