NOTICE OF MEETINGS THE MENARD COUN- TY CEMETERY MAINTE- NANCE DISTRICT annually has four scheduled meetings all held at 19127 State Highway 123, Petersburg, IL 62675, which is the green metal building on the east side of Rose Hill Cemetery. Members of the public are welcome to attend. Meeting dates for calendar year 2026 /2027. 1st Wednesday in June 2026 at 8:00 a.m. - June 3rd 3rd Wednesday in July 2026 at 8:00 a.m. - July 15th 2nd Wednesday in December 2026 at 9:00 a.m. - December 9th with adjournment to an afternoon meeting at 1: p.m. with Cemetery Representatives. 1st Wednesday in March 2027 at 8:00 a.m. – March 3rd Cemetery Trustees By: Richard Dennis, President _______ (PG-12)
