LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Education of Montmorency Community Consolidated School District No. 145 in the Counties of Whiteside and Lee, State of Illinois, that an amended budget for said district for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, will be on file and conveniently available for public inspection at Montmorency School, 9415 Hoover Road, Rock Falls, IL 61071, in this school district from and after 8:00 A.M., on the 16th day of April, 2026.  Notice is further hereby given that a public hearing on said amended budget will be held at 6:30 P.M. on the 20th day of May, 2026 at Montmorency School in this School District No. 145.  Dated this 15th day of April, 2026 Board of Education Montmorency C.C. School District No. 145 in the Counties of Whiteside and Lee, State of Illinois. April 16, 2026
