PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. , at City Hall in the City Council Chambers, 3600 Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows, Illi- nois, the Rolling Meadows Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a petition by Alero Financial (“Petitioner”) concern- ing the following property (“Subject Property”): Address: 3250 Kirchoff Road PIN: 02361000070000 Project Description: The Subject Property is located at 3250 Kirchoff Road and is within an applicable commercial zoning district. The Petitioner proposes to re-establish an existing drive-through facility in connection with its financial services operation at the Subject Property. The proposed drive-through use is a special use within this zoning district.
