PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF HEARING SHERIDAN ZONING BOARD AND PLAN COMMISSION The Village of Sheridan Zoning Board of Appeals/Plan Commission announces a public hearing on May 4, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Sheridan Village Hall at 115 N. Robinson Street in Sheridan, IL. The Board will consider zoning 2 map amendments and 2 informal subdivisions for the land commonly known as 415 N. Bushnell, PIN 10-05-401-009. They will consider the request for a residential lot on the southwest corner of the property with frontage on Rowe Street and a request for a business lot off Bushnell Street between the Fire Station and the Dollar General. The board will also review special uses for the property commonly known as 215 N. Robinson and the property commonly known as 205 N Bushnell. Finally, the board will consider regulations for trailers and recreational vehicles located or maintained in a residential district. Any person desiring to participate in the meeting (more than presenting a brief statement) should obtain and file an appearance form with the Village Administrator at the Village Hall two business days prior to the hearing.
