NOTICE OF HEARING
TO AMEND ANNEXATION AGREEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the corporate
authorities of the Village of South Barrington, Cook
County, Illinois, will hold a public hearing on March
12, 2026 at the South Barrington Village Hall, 30 South
Barrington Road, South Barrington, Illinois 60010
commencing at 7:00 pm (immediately prior to the
Village Board meeting) to consider, make recommen-
dations and conduct a public hearing as required by
the applicable statues of the State of Illinois and the
Municipal Code of the Village of South Barrington
regarding a proposed annexation agreement, legally
described as follows:
THE EAST 8 ACRES OF THE WEST 13 ACRES OF
THAT PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF
SECTION TWENTY-TWO, TOWNSHIP FORTY-TWO
NORTH, RANGE NINE, EAST OF THE THIRD PRIN-
CIPAL MERIDIAN. WHICH LIES SOUTHWESTERLY
OF THE CENTER LINE OF ALGONQUIN ROAD AS
DEDICATED JANUARY 30, 1933 AS DOCUMENT
