LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing before the Plan Commission of the City of Warrenville will be held on April 23, 2026, at 7 pm. at Warrenville City Hall, 28W701 Stafford Place, Warrenville, Illinois 60555, for the purpose of consider- ing text amendments to sections of the Warrenville Zoning Ordinance and Sign Ordinance to: • Amend 13: Definitions to define "gunsmith shops" and "sporting goods stores; • Amend Article 4. District Regulations: Warrenville by Design Mixed-Use & Middle Housing Overlay to prohibit "gun shops" and "adult uses"; • Amend the Sign Ordinance to: o Define, regulate, and permit projecting signs in the Warrenville by Design Mixed-Use & Middle Housing Overlay; o Amend window sign regulations; o Prohibit "uplighting" of signs; and o Prohibit feather flag and advertising banners in the Warrenville by Design Mixed-Use & Middle Housing Overlay. • Amendments to other sections of the Warrenville Zoning Ordinance and Sign Ordinanc
