PUBLIC NOTICE
is hereby given pursuant to an
application / petition having been duly ﬁled with the
Wauconda Village Clerk's ofﬁce requesting the
combined Zoning Board of Appeals / Plan Commission
(the “Commission”) of the Village of Wauconda, Illi-
nois will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April
1st, 2026
at the hour of, or soon after, 6:00 p.m. in the
Board Room of Village Hall, 101 N. Main Street,
Wauconda, Illinois, at which day, date, time, and place
the Commission will consider, for the purposes of
