NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING COUNTY OF LAKE
SPECIAL SERVICE AREA NUMBER EIGHTEEN
Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday June 3, 2025 at 8:30 A.M. at the Lake County
Courthouse and Administrative Complex in the Assembly Room, 10th Floor (18 N. County
Street, Waukegan, IL 60085-4351), a hearing will be held by the County Board of Lake County,
Illinois Public Works and Transportation Committee, to consider forming Lake County Special
Service Area Number Eighteen consisting of the following described territory.
Special Service Area No. Eighteen
Del Mar Woods Subdivision
To provide for the operation, maintenance, improvement and possible future replacement
of the sanitary sewer infrastructure and provide for the maintenance of certain stormwater
infrastructure located within the Del Mar Woods Subdivision. The boundaries of Special
Service Area No. Eighteen are set forth further below.
