OFFICIAL NOTICE Pursuant to Sections 321.89 through 321.91 of the State Code of Iowa, as amended, the following described abandoned vehicle will be transferred to a demolisher or sold at public auction unless claimed by the owner(s) or lien holder(s) within 10 (ten) days of the date of this publication. Vehicle is being held at 22188 162nd Ave in Monticello, Iowa and may be claimed upon payment of all towing, storage and notification costs. Failure to reclaim the vehicle or personal property within the time provided shall be deemed a waiver of all right, title, claim and interest in the vehicle and property.
