Call to Order A. Roll Call/Quorum - Declaration Meeting was called to order at 6:18 pm. B. Agenda Adoption Motion was made to adopt the agenda. Motion made by: Brett Handy Motion seconded by: Kelly Simmons Voting results: Unanimously Approved II. Closed Session A. Motion to go into Closed Session to review and discuss records which are required by state and federal law to be kept confidential provided by Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(a).
