Members present: Chairman, Louis Stauter; Supervisors, Clarence Siepker, Kyle Smith, Brent Aden; Nita Hinrickson, Auditor. Peter Seehusen – telephone. Others present: Erin Sommers, Reporter; Mary Jo Litwiller, Econ Dev Director; Tate Schmeling, Engineer.Motion by Smith, seconded Aden by to approve the minutes from April 14, 2026 as presented. Ayes all, motion carried.Motion by Siepker, seconded by Aden to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.Schmeling received quotes for a wheel loader with trade in. After test driving, their recommendation was the 2021 Caterpillar. Motion by Seehusen, seconded by Siepker to approve the purchase of a 2021 Caterpillar 926M wheel loader for $146,500.00 after trade in.  Ayes all, motion passed.Schmeling also reviewed all the projects they are working on.Nita Hinrickson, Auditor reviewed two revenue funds that are no longer being used and to transfer those funds to the general fund.Motion by Smith, seconded by Aden to approve Resolution #2026-04-#19 Interfund transfer from ARPA #03000 to General Basic #01000 in the amount of $23,564.00.  Roll call vote:  Ayes – Seehusen, Siepker, Stauter, Smith, Aden. Nays – none. Motion carried.  Full Resolution can be requested from the Auditor's office.Motion by Aden, seconded by Siepker to approve Resolution #2026-04-#20 Interfund transfer from MHD's Regional Reimburse #06000 to General Basic #01000 in the amount of $2,340.00.  Roll call vote:  Ayes – Seehusen, Siepker, Stauter, Smith, Aden. Nays – none. Motion carried.  Full Resolution can be requested from the Auditor's office.Hinrickson also stated that BV Glass has installed one window and the lawn mower was delivered.Motion by Siepker, seconded by Smith to approve and sign FY27 participation agreements with Elderbridge for $7,302.00. Ayes all, motion carried.Motion by Siepker, seconded by Smith to approve and sign FY27 participation agreements with Upper Des Moines for $18,000.00. Ayes all, motion carried.Motion by Aden, seconded by Smith to approve ISG's invoice for JT DD 37 Cal 35 Poc for $157.50. Ayes all, motion carried.  Motion by Smith, seconded by Aden to approve Rouse Excavation & Construction Invoice for JT 63 Br 10 Tile for $1,055.00. Ayes all, motion carried.  Motion by Aden, seconded by Smith to approve Kent Malm Invoice for JT 63 Br 10 Tile for $40.00. Ayes - Siepker, Stauter, Smith, Aden. Abstain – Seehusen. Motion carried.  Motion by Aden, seconded by Siepker to approve Manure Management Plans: (1) Seehusen Finisher –ID# 61832SE SW, Section 30, Sherman Township Middle Creek Swine, LLC as owner & Steve Licht as contact person. Ayes all, motion carried.Weekly Reports: Seehusen - Econ Dev, Drainage Concern; Siepker - Conservation, DCAT; Stauter – YES, Drainage Concern; Smith – MIDAS, Tree Issue; Aden - None.Smith advised that the price for the lawn mower was decreased by $300.00 for our own installation.With no further business, motion by Aden, seconded by Smith to adjourn.
