RPA-13 & 18 Comprehensive Safety Action Plan Public Comment PeriodNotice of Public Comment Period Regional Planning Affiliations 13 & 18 are accepting public comments on the draft Comprehensive Safety Action Plan covering the cities of Atlantic, Clarinda, Glenwood, Harlan, Missouri Valley, Red Oak, and Shenandoah. The public comment period runs May 5, 2026, to May 31, 2026. The plan can be viewed and comments accepted through the project website: rpa-safestreets.mapacog.org . There will be an opportunity to receive information and ask questions at both the RPA-13 and RPA-18 policy meetings on May 27, 2026, and May 20, 2026, respectively.
