OSCEOLA COUNTYPUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION The Osceola County Public Safety Com-mission met in the meeting room at the Osceo-la County Public Safety building, Sibley, Iowaon Monday, April 27, 2026 at 5:00 p.m., for theirPublic Safety Budget Meeting. MEMBERS PRESENT WERE: SheriffKevin Wollmuth, Jerry Helmers, Leroy DeBoer,Russ Meier, Mike Wynja, Mark VanderPol,Dave Myers, and Sec. Gloria TorresAbsent – Jerred Marco, Taylor Hibbing Jerry Helmers called the meeting to orderwith roll call at 5:00 p.m. Motion was made by Mark VanderPol andseconded by Mike Wynja to approve the agen-da; Motion carried unanimously.
