Call to Order (Quorum) Board President Daniel Smith called the Special Board Meeting to order at 5:33 p.m. with the following members present: Kelby Bergmann & Bodee Capper (Zoom). Absent: Kyle Kirchhoff, Ryan Greenwald.Also present were Jay Marley and Dalton Tonne. With three members present, a quorum was met, allowing business to proceed. 2. Approve AgendaMotion made by Bergmann, seconded by Capper, to approve the agenda. Motion carried unanimously. 3. Present the FY 2026 - 2027 Certified BudgetPresident Smith opened the public hearing at 5:34 p.m. and read the opening statement for the proposed fiscal year 2027 certified budget.3-A Receive Written CommunicationsPresident Smith asked board secretary Tonne if there were any written communications to be read in the public hearing.
