PORTLAND POLICE DEPARTMENT City of Portland, Maine NOTICE OF LOST, ABANDONED OR STOLEN PROPERTY Pursuant to Title 25 M.R.S.A., Section 3503-A, the following notice is hereby given to any and all persons who may have a lawful interest in the following described property. Such property is in the custody of the Portland Police Department and remains unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to identify the owner thereof. All persons claiming below property must provide reasonable and satisfactory proof of ownership or right to possession. If property remains unclaimed for a period of five months from the date of this notice, it may be sold at auction on www.propertyroom.com or destroyed or donated.
