A copy of the RFP and all related documents can be obtained through Vendor Self Service (VSS): https://mevss.hostams.com/PRDVSS1X1/AltSelfService A Bidders' Conference will be held on 21 May 2026 at 9:00 a.m. at the following location: Camp Keyes, Bldg 7 194 Winthrop St., Augusta, ME 04330. Proposals must be submitted to the Office of State Procurement Services, via Vendor Self Service (VSS). Proposal submissions must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., local time, on 11 June 2026.
