REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TOWN OF HOULTON The Town of Houlton is requesting proposals from qualified Plumbing and HVAC Contractors for the installation of heat pumps at the John A. Millar Civic Center. To include but not limited to 4 ceiling cassettes VRF heat pump systems. All proposals are to be submitted to the Town of Houlton, 21 Water Street, Houlton, ME 04730 by 10:00, Monday May 18, 2026. All proposal documents submitted to the Town of Houlton must be labeled with "JMCC Heat Pump Proposal" on the outside of the envelope. Bids can also be sent via email to Khylee Wampler, Town Clerk at town.clerk@houlton-maine.com Specifications can be found on our website at Houlton-Maine.com. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids May 6, 2026
