ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice to Contractors Greater Portland Health Dental Clinic Fit Up Greater Portland Health is seeking sealed bids for the renovation of approximately 1,100 sf of interior space within their existing clinic facility at to create a Dental Clinic. Bids shall be submitted electronically to ATucker@greaterportlandhealth.org with the name of the Bidder and Contact Name in the subject line. Proposals must be received by 3:30 p.m., Thursday, June 4, 2026 , at which time they will be opened and read. Proposals may also be submitted in person or via USPS, UPS, FedEx, to Greater Portland Health, 100 Brickhill Avenue, Suite 301, South Portland, ME 04106, Attention Ann Tucker, CEO. Project Name: GPH Dental Clinic Fit Up Project Description: The work includes but is not limited to all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the following: Interior framing, dry wall, millwork, doors and frames, finishes, mechanical, electrical, data, fire alarm, sprinkler, plumbing and dental equipment installation.
