MAINE HEALTH DATA ORGANIZATION PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING The Maine Health Data Organization will hold a Board Meeting on Thursday, May 7, 2026, immediately following the Public Hearing on Chapter 632 - Uniform Reporting System for Organizational Data from Health Systems, Parent Entities, Hospitals, Health Care Facilities, and Health Care Provider Entities. Both Meetings will be held remotely via Zoom. An agenda and the zoom link will be available online at https://mhdo.maine.gov.
