PLANNING BOARD NOTICE The Brunswick Planning Board will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday, May 12, at 6:00pm in the Brunswick Town Hall Council Chambers, 85 Union Street, to discuss the following: Case No. 26-015 – Wilbur's Woods II: The Planning Board will hold a PUBLIC HEARING and act upon a Site Plan Amendment application submitted by Harry Podolsky on behalf of the property owner, Wilbur's Woods LLC, for modification to the exterior design of a multi-family building approved as part of Case No. 23-053. The subject property is located on Wilbur's Way (Map U28, Lot 196) and within the Growth Residential 4 (GR4) Zoning District. THERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND THIS MEETING IN PERSON OR VIEW THE MEETING VIA ZOOM, TV 3, OR LIVE STREAM.
