Public Hearing Notice Notice is hereby given that the Kennebunk Planning Board has scheduled a Public Hearing on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 7:00pm at the Kennebunk Town Hall, 1 Summer Street, Third Floor, Room 301. This Public Hearing is being held regarding a Special Exception application for 4 Leeward Lane (Tax Map 92 Lot 54) which proposes to partial demolition, reconstruction, and expansion of a single family residence in the Resource Protection and Shoreland Overlay districts. A copy of the application is available for inspection at the Community Development Office and also available on the Town's website: https://www.kennebunkmaine.us/PBagendas.
