PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN OF ORONO PUBLIC NOTICE The Town of Orono Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building Council Chamber. A copy of the application can be requested through the Planning Department or found online at orono.org/464/Planning-Board-Items-Under-Consideration. The public hearing will be held to act on the following: 1. Minor Site Plan Review application of Valerie Wallace Fine Arts (Valerie Wallace) to establish a Home Business within the existing structure at 10 Wallace Ave Ext. (Tax Map 019-004, Lot 127) in the MDR zoning district.
