You herby are notified that the City of New Bedford's Health Department has declared that the entire building at 569 Purchase St unfit for human habitation. This emergency declaration is made in accordance with Mass. Gen. Laws Ch. 111, Section 127B and 105 CMR 410.650 E. This emergency declaration is made based upon no water and unsafe conditions found throughout the building. You have 24 hours to have the entire building vacated.
