LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ENERGY MANAGEMENT SERVICES The MASSACHUSETTS PORT AUTHORITY (Massport) is soliciting Energy Management Services for MPA PROJECT NO. L1924-CX: Logan Energy Efficient Lighting – Logan International Airport East Boston, MA (the project). In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 25A, Section C, Massport is seeking a highly qualified and competent Energy Management Services, General Contracting, or Electrical Entity (EMS Entity or Contractor) to pro- vide design, preconstruction, construction, and post-construction services and implement the construction of the Project in accor- dance with an agreement. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being utilized to award an EMS Entity a contract. The scope of work includes all preconstruction, design, permitting, construction, coordination, commissioning and other services as re- quested and outlined in the RFP for energy efficiency upgrades to lighting and lighting controls at locati
