TOWN OF MARIONADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSMARION WATER DIVISION FISCAL YEAR 2027 CHEMICALS AND SUPPLIES The Select Board of the Town of Marion shall receive bids at the Department of Public Works Office, 50 Benson Brook Road, Marion, Massachusetts 02738 for furnishing chemicals and supplies to Marion Water Division for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, until 2:00 pm prevailing time, Thursday, May 21, 2026, at which time bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. The chemicals and supplies to be furnished consist of the following items:A. 45% Potassium HydroxideB. Sodium Silicate ('N' Brand)C. Liquid Propane The bid opening will be open to the public. Copies of the Bidding Documents, including Bid Forms, may be obtained electronically through Tata & Howard, Inc. by contacting Daniel Gallagher at dgallagher@tataandhoward.com. A Bidder may submit a bid on a single item or any combination of the items. All bids shall be submitted on the Bid Forms furnished and in accordance with the instructions on the Bid Forms. All bids shall be sealed in an envelope which is clearly marked in the lower left hand corner "Marion Water Division Bid for Fiscal Year 2027 Chemicals and Supplies". Bids may be mailed to the Marion Department of Public Works Office, 50 Benson Brook Road, Marion, Massachusetts 02738. The bidder assumes all responsibility for the bids arriving in time for the bid deadline. All bids will remain subject to acceptance by the Town for thirty days after the actual date of the bid opening.
