TOWN OF DARTMOUTH ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held on Thursday May 21, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. on the petition of Cody Santos who is seeking a Variance to construct a 30'x50' barn located with setbacks 30.6' from the street and 11.4' from the side boundary of the property. The lot was expanded to include “Parcel A' in the OSRD Subdivision recorded in December 2012 at the Registry of Deeds Book 170 Page 11. The Planning Board issued a Special Permit to allow a reduction in side yard setbacks to 15' but maintained the 60' setback from the street. A Variance is required to reduce the front and side yard setbacks. (375-24.3C (2) Parking facility setbacks. The property is located at 367 Old Westport Road in the Single Residence B District and identified on Assessor's Map 49 Lot 23-3.
