LEGAL NOTICE FROM EASTHAM BOARD OF HEALTH Under the authority of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 111, Section 31 the Eastham Board of Health will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 3PM in the Earle Mountain Room of Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, Eastham, MA 02642 to discuss changes to the Eastham Board of Health Regulations: Section I: Septic Systems, Subsection A: Findings and Purpose, Subsection B: Applicability, Subsection C: Definitions, Subsection E: Inspection of Systems, (New Subsection) F: Cesspool Phased Elimination Schedule, Subsection G: Nitrogen Loading Limitations. Section II: Drinking Water, Subsection VIII: Water Quality Testing Requirements, Section III: Groundwater Protection for Drinking Water Sources, Subsection C: Applicability, Subsection D: Definitions, Subsection E: Additional Prohibited Land Use, Section V: Rental of Premises to be Used for Human Habitation, Subsection 8: Water Quality in Rental Premises, Section IX: The Transfer Station and Recycling, Subsection 4: Bundled Trash and Recycling Requirements, Subsection D: Management of Waste Materials, Section XI: The Sale of Tobacco Products Including Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems, (New Subsection) Subsection G: Oral Nicotine Pouch Limitations.
