TOWN OF ROCHESTERCONSERVATION COMMISSION & TOWN FOREST COMMITTEENOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing of the Rochester Conservation Commission will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall Conference Room regarding a Notice of Intent filed by Walnut Plain Solar 1, LLC, 55 Technology Drive, Lowell, MA 01851 for property located at 0 Walnut Plain Road, designated as Lot 0-0001 on Assessor's Map 14. The applicant is proposing work within the 100-foot buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
