ABUTTERS/PUBLIC NOTICEMONTAGUE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALSPUBLIC HEARINGSZBA #26-05Notice is hereby given that the Montague Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. VIA ZOOM and IN PERSON at the Montague Town Hall Upstairs conference room, One Avenue A, Turners Falls, MA to review a Special Permit Request from Robert Wasielewski for a front setback reduction from the required 15 ft to 8 ft, in order to construct a deck under Sections 5.5.1 and 5.5.3(b) and 9.2 of the Zoning Bylaws located at 8 Unity Street (Parcel: 07-0-017), in the Residential 1 (RS-1) District.
