PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the Bylaws of the Town of Upton that the Upton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold the following public hearing on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 6:30 pm – In-person at the Room 203 (a/k/a Little Town Hall) in Town Hall, 1 Main Street, Upton, MA and via Microsoft Teams. ? Special Permit – 88A Main St – Application by Peter Schrafft requesting a special permit pursuant to Section 300-3.3 of the Zoning Bylaw. The Applicant is requesting relief to construct an addition within required setbacks on a per-existing nonconforming structure on property located in the SRA zoning district. Parcel 203-101. ? Variance – 14 Plumbley Rd – Application by Daniel White requesting a variance pursuant to MGL Chapter 10 Section 8, and Section 300-4.2 of the Zoning Bylaw.
