OWATONNA PUBLIC UTILITIES (OPU) ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Owatonna Public Utilities (OPU) seeks proposals for vegetation management services for the primary goal of clearing vegetation near overhead electric distribution lines as an outage prevention method. Notice is hereby given that OPU will receive bids at the Main Office, 208 S. Walnut Ave., P.O. Box 800, Owatonna, Minnesota 55060 until 1:30 p.m. May 14, 2026, for: Tree Trimming. Bids shall be signed and under seal, executed, dated, and delivered before bid opening. Bids submitted after bid opening shall be returned to the bidder unopened. OPU reserves the right to, (1) defer acceptance of any bid, not to exceed 50 days, (2) reject any or all bids, (3) waive any informalities and technicalities.
