NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS OF FILING OF NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISSOLVE BY 7TH HAVEN, INC. A MINNESOTA CORPORATION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that 7th Haven, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (the "Corporation'') has ceased doing business and is in the process of dissolving. The Corporation has filed with the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State a Notice of Intent to Dissolve. The Notice of Intent to Dissolve was filed on April 14, 2026. This Notice is provided pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Section 302A.727 as notice to creditors of and claimants against the Corporation. If any creditor of or claimant against the Corporation intends to file a claim against the Corporation, such claim must be sent via email to: Calvin (“Ty”) Tyrone Baucum, winddownclaims@the7thhaven.com. A written statement of the claim against the Corporation must be received on or before the filing deadline date, which is the later of ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice to Creditors and Claimants or, with respect to a particular known creditor or claimant, ninety (90) days after the date on which this Notice to Creditors and Claimants is given to such known creditor or claimant.
