Notice is hereby given that on May 1, 2026, U.S. Bank National Association (425 Walnut Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202), filed a Bank Merger Act application with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for permission to dissolve and absorb the assets of Eclipse Funding LLC (800 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55402). This notice is published pursuant to 12 USC 1828(c). Any person wishing to comment on this application may file comments in writing with the Regional Director of the Chicago Regional Office of the FDIC at 300 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 1700, Chicago, IL 60606-3447 not later than May 31, 2026. The non-confidential portion of the application is available for inspection at the Chicago Regional Office of the FDIC during regular business hours. Photocopies of the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request.
