Notice is given that application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Central District Office, 425 South Financial Place, Suite 1700, Chicago, Illinois 60605, to form B2 Interim Bank National Association, Holladay, Utah 84117 for the purpose of merging with B2 Bank National Association, Virginia, Minnesota 55792. Further notice is given that application has been made to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency for approval of a merger of B2 Interim Bank National Association, Holladay, Utah and B2 Bank National Association, Virginia, Minnesota, under the charter of B2 Interim Bank National Association and with the title “B2 Bank National Association” with its main office in Holladay, Utah. It is contemplated that the main offices and branch offices of the above named banks will continue to operate. This notice is published pursuant to 12 USC §1828(c) and 12 CFR 5. Anyone may submit written comments on this application by June 2, 2026 to: Director for Licensing, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Central District Office, 425 South Financial Place, Suite 1700, Chicago, Illinois 60605 or LicensingPublicComments@occ.treas.gov.
