Notice is hereby given that the Yellow Medicine Coun- ty Planning Commission will be holding a meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. (rescheduled from April 21, 2026) in the Land and Resource Man- agement Office located at 1000 10 th Avenue in Clark- field, MN. A public hearing will be held to consider the following Conditional Use request. Any interested party is invited to attend. YM- 658-26 Luke & Melissa Stevens, Hazel Run, MN ; request to construct a hog finishing barn to house 3,300 head of hogs (990 animal units). Manure storage will consist of an eight foot (8') deep pit be- low the barn. The site is the Rural Preservation Management District, on parcel #02-009-3010; in the northwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter (NW¼ SW¼) of Section 9 in Echo Township, T-113-N R-38-W.
