JE Dunn Construction Company is bidding the American Royal Complex - This Bid Package only pertains to Barn Finishes and Food Service for the new American Royal Complex. 

Overall project description: The American Royal Project consists of a large 5 gable barn. Bid Package 5 specifically includes interior finishes in the Barns only (paint, tile, carpet, resinous flooring, acoustical ceilings), food service, and gates.
 
Bidding Documents may be viewed and/or obtained electronically via Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Building Connected https://app.buildingconnected.com/projects/699e061fe6cb1a2ee7c4b797/files  and http://planroom.kcblueprint.com/default.asp.  Contact Kedra Burcham (kedra.burcham@jedunn.com) to receive an invite to this project via Building Connected.
 
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held May 8, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. CST for the purpose of answering any questions from prospective Bidders regarding the Scopes of Work on the Project.  A site walk will follow the Pre-Bid Conference.
 
Electronic bids will be received May 20, 2026 before 1:00 PM CST via Building Connected.
