Request for Investment Proposals The Doniphan R-1 School District is accepting sealed bids from qualified financial institutions for the investment of district funds for the following investments: Investment #1 – Certificate of Deposit ● Amount: $2,000,000 ● Investment Type: Certificate of Deposit (CD) ● Length of time should include 6, 12, and 24, Months ● Interest: Fixed rate ● Institution must be eligible to receive public funds under Missouri law and provide required collateralization of deposits. Investment #2 – Liquid Investment Account ● Amount: $1,000,000 ● Investment Type: One of the following permissible options: ○ Interest-bearing Money Market Account ○ MOSIP account ○ MOCAAT account ○ Other legally permissible Missouri public funds investment vehicle ● Funds must remain liquid and accessible to the district. ● Respondents should provide the current interest rate or yield, compounding method, and any associated terms.
