Sikeston R-6 School District Request for Qualifications (RFQ) – Construction Manager at Risk Sikeston R-6 School District is requesting qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk services relating to various Capital Improvements related to the 2026 Bond Referendum, including work at Wing Elementary, Lee Hunter Elementary and the High School Campus. A copy of the RFQ package in its entirety is available by contacting Michael Pollard at (573) 778- 0033 or pollard@dillepollard.com. The District will not provide a stipend for pre-award services. Qualifications submitted past the deadline date and time will not be considered. Qualifications are due by May 14, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., by mail or in-person, to: Ms. Shannon Holifield, Superintendent Sikeston R-6 School District 1002 Virginia Sikeston, MO 63801 ATTN: 2026 Capital Improvements CMR The District reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all qualifications and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities in the RFQ process, to accept the firm(s) which the District, in its sole discretion, determines to be most qualified, and to hold the qualification for a period of 30 days without taking action. Respondent must bear all costs associated with submittal including preparation, copying, postage, and delivery costs.
