Invitation to BiddersThe Ladue School District hereby solicits written sealed bids for North Field Improvements for Ladue Middle School located at 9701 Conway Road, St Louis Missouri 63124. Bids will be received no later than exactly 2PM on June 2nd 2026 at the Ladue Schools Warehouse located at 9701 Rear Conway Road, St Louis, Missouri 63124. Bids will be opened and read at that time. Bidding documents are available from Cordogan Clark Architects after Wednesday May 6th 2026 by emailing Erik Piszar at episzar@cordoganclark.com. A pre-bid meeting will take place at the Ladue School Warehouse located at 9701 R Conway Road at 1PM on Thursday May 14, 2026. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and solicit new bids. The district also reserves the right to waive any technicalities and negotiate any particulars within any bid. Bidders must provide with the bid a Bid Bond of or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the proposed contract sum. The successful bidder will be required to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds and to comply with the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law.
All Bidders whose bids are in excess of $5,000.00 must provide with their bid the Federal Work Authorization Program ("FWAP") Affidavit of Compliance and Verification Form with respect to employees working in connection with the contracted services, affirming enrollment in a FWAP. All workers on site must have completed OSHA Ten-Hour Training, prior to working on site. The successful bidder will be required to execute the "Certification Regarding Israel" document provided in the Project Manual.
