NOTICE LIMITING CREDITORS TO ALL CREDITORS AND ALL OTHERS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST DEL TURCO BROS., INC. Del Turco Bros., Inc., a corporation of the State of New Jersey in Dissolution. TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 14A:12-12 you are hereby required to present your claims or demands against Del Turco Bros., Inc. to John A. Aiello, Esq., Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C., 125 Half Mile Road, Suite 300, Red Bank, New Jersey 07701 on or before October 14, 2026. Said claims or demands shall be presented in writing specifying the amount claimed and the particulars of the claim and shall be verified under oath. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that upon filing of proof of publication and mailing of this notice with the Office of the Secretary of State of New Jersey as authorized by N.J.S.A. 14A:12-12 and upon the expiration of the time herein limited, to wit, October 14, 2026, all creditors or others having claims or demands against the Corporation who have not filed their claims or demands within the time as limited and all those claiming through or under them, shall be forever barred from suing on such claims or demands or otherwise realizing upon or enforcing them, as provided by N.J.S.A. 14A:12-12.
