NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) /BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION SOFTWARE MANAGED SERVICES The New Jersey Turnpike Authority (“Authority”), through a Request for Proposal (“RFP”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Business Administration Software Managed Services and perform consulting services in the support of operations for the Authority's PeopleSoft Financials and Human Capital Management Systems. Interested proposers are required to download the RFP from the Bid Express® service at www.bidexpress.com. The RFP will detail the required Scope of Services. Proposals must be submitted via Bid Express no later than 2:00 p.m. on May 11, 2026. All Proposers must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 relating to affirmative action rules prohibiting discrimination in employment and requiring affirmative action in performance of contracts awarded to the Successful Proposer.
